What are the delivery times for stock items, configured systems, and custom-made products?
Are there graduated prices, minimum order quantities, or framework agreements with call-offs?
What shipping options, Incoterms, and carriers are available, including express?
What payment methods and payment terms do we offer?
How do you track order status, partial deliveries, and estimated arrival times?
How do returns, complaints, and RMA work, and what are the deadlines?
Complaints are handled via an RMA number with a description of the fault and photos. Deadlines and procedures are based on the terms and conditions and product type.
Do we support e-procurement/ERP integration (EDI, OCI/Punchout, electronic catalogs)?
How does our supplier consolidation in purchasing work in concrete terms (onboarding, reporting, KPIs, potential savings)?

We work with GDPR-compliant data processing. Export control is carried out in accordance with applicable law and internal compliance guidelines.
How quickly do we respond to inquiries and at what times are we available?
We respond promptly within 48 hours on business days between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Mon-Thu) or 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Fri). We offer priority support for urgent cases.
