LinRol Roller Guide | Technische-Antriebselemente

Dear business partners,

Many engineers turn first to profiled rail guides with recirculating ball bearings for linear guidance – proven, widely used, well documented. In environments with moisture, cleaning agents, dust, or food safety requirements, the downside becomes apparent: greasing in hard-to-reach positions, corrosion on steel raceways, unplanned shutdowns during maintenance intervals.

The LinRol roller guide system works with lifetime-lubricated, sealed guide rollers and a self-cleaning running surface – and the 90° system is available in a stainless steel version designed precisely for such environments.
Marcel Bouchard
“We regularly see systems where guide selection was made without regard to the operating environment. This creates problems later – during maintenance, in availability, at the next audit. Contact us early, before the design is finalized.

Roller guide for wet and hygiene areas
Stainless steel version of the LinRol 90° system

The LinRol system combines concentric and eccentric guide rollers with hardened guide rails – mounted single- or double-sided as required. The guide rollers are lifetime-lubricated and sealed, allowing lubrication-free operation. In the stainless steel version of the 90° system, the guide resists cleaning agents and moisture – suitable for food, medical, and vacuum technology.

Selection depends on three factors: the required radial load per roller, the choice between the 90° system (higher loads, also in stainless steel) and the 70° system (most compact size), and single- or double-sided rail guidance.

Key specifications: up to 3.5 kN radial load per roller | up to 1.5 m/s feed rate | 90° and 70° systems | stainless steel version (90° system)
