The feed force of MSA linear actuators varies depending on the model and reduction ratio. Depending on the configuration, both horizontal and vertical loads can be reliably moved. The nominal load and maximum vertical load are specified in the technical data sheet for each variant.

MSA linear actuators are designed for various DC voltages. Typical supply voltages are 12 V and 24 V DC, enabling flexible use in different automation environments. AC variants are also available on request.

MSA linear actuators offer high positioning accuracy, achieved through the combination of spindle drive and gear reduction. For applications with particularly high repeatability requirements, we recommend using optional limit switches or potentiometers for position feedback.

DC linear actuators are particularly suitable for mobile applications and areas where fine-grained speed control is required. AC linear actuators are preferred in stationary industrial applications and generally offer higher continuous duty ratings. We are happy to advise you on selecting the optimal drive solution.

MSA linear actuators are designed for use in industrial environments and feature appropriate protection classes. Depending on the version, various IP protection classes are available, providing protection against dust and moisture. Reinforced versions can be requested for particularly demanding environments.
