The TPV125 V-groove guide roller carries 148,100 N dynamic radial load, the TPC76 support roller up to 63,600 N. Load ratings for other sizes are available on request.
Up to +204 °C in Special Version
Maintenance-free from −34 to +107 °C. In the special version with special grease and adapted seals, −40 to +204 °C — where ball recirculating guides typically stop at around +80 °C because of their plastic end caps.
Tapered Roller Bearings
Tapered roller bearings distribute the load across a line contact area instead of point contact as in ball bearings. The result: higher stiffness and longer service life under heavy loads. Depending on size, precision ball bearings are also used.

Centric, eccentric, or without bolt: Every roller product line comes in three versions. Centric rollers carry the load; eccentric rollers (letter E) are used to adjust the guide free of play — in practice one side of the guide is centric and the opposite side eccentric. Rollers without a bolt (letter A) are mounted with a TSHA clamping stud. Each version has its own data sheet — all nine are in the download section.

Frequently Asked Questions about LinRol HD Heavy-Duty Rollers
LinRol HD runs on open, hardened raceways instead of recirculating ball tracks. That delivers high tolerance to dirt and shock loads, a far wider temperature range, and low maintenance effort. Ball recirculating guides, on the other hand, offer higher positioning accuracy and also reach very high load ratings per carriage in large sizes. LinRol HD is the right choice when robustness, temperature, and environmental resistance matter more than micrometer precision.
LinRol HD comprises four product lines: TPC (support rollers with centric bolt, dia. 26–200 mm, up to 63,600 N dyn. for TPC76), TPJ (flange rollers with centric bolt, dia. 26–200 mm, up to 17,000 N dyn. for TPJ50), TPV (V-groove guide rollers, dia. 40–165 mm, up to 148,100 N dyn. for TPV125), and TSHA (clamping studs for rollers without bolt, TSHA10–TSHA70). The standard version operates maintenance-free from −34 °C to +107 °C. With special grease and adapted seals, the range extends to −40 °C to +204 °C — suitable for forming, foundry, and other high-temperature applications.
Yes, the standard version is maintenance-free. The bearings are lubricated for life and the seals protect against ingress of dust, chips, and moisture. For extreme operating conditions (high temperature, aggressive media), re-lubricatable variants are available.

The standard version is made of hardened steel (55–60 HRC). Special variants in corrosion-resistant materials are available on request. Please contact us with your requirements.
LinRol HD rollers run on hardened flat or V-rails. The standard rail hardness is 55–60 HRC, alternatively 38 HRC. Clamping studs TSHA for rollers without bolt and further mounting accessories are available as a separate product line. We are happy to advise you on the overall system design (roller + rail + drive).
