AKE partial-extension telescopic rail by HA-CO: guide rail with extended slider

AKE Partial-Extension Telescopic Rail

The AKE partial-extension telescopic rail from HA-CO consists of a guide rail and a slider that move against each other on balls. With partial extension, the stroke is shorter than the rail length. AKE is available in sizes 22, 28, 35, 43 and 63 with lengths from 130 to 1,970 mm and strokes up to 1,013 mm. According to the data sheet, the static load rating C₀rad reaches 88,494 N per pair of rails.

  • Partial extension made of guide rail and slider, stroke shorter than the rail length
  • Five sizes, cross-section from 11 × 22 mm to 29 × 63 mm
  • Mounting holes at a fixed pitch of 80 mm
  • According to HA-CO, play-free running even at maximum load

Notes from TEA on mounting and sizing

  • * According to the data sheet, Mx applies to a single telescopic rail; C₀rad, C₀ax, My and Mz apply to a pair of rails.
  • The load ratings apply with the slider fully extended and the load centred, without a safety factor. Deflection in the extended position is determined mainly by the stiffness of the adjoining structure. We advise you on sizing with safety factor and deflection.
  • Mounting holes at a pitch of 80 mm, the outer holes 25 mm from the rail end. To reach all mounting holes, the locking screw is removed during mounting and refitted afterwards. The internal stops only hold the unloaded slider; provide external end stops for loaded applications.
  • Holes V for countersunk screws to DIN 7991 (size 22–43), holes C for socket head cap screws to DIN 7984 (size 63). Standard references and F (size) according to data sheet fig. 35.
