HA-CO is a family-run group of four companies for coupling, linear and connection technology as well as carbon components, belonging to Haudenschild Holding AG in Altendorf (Switzerland). Our supplier is HA-CO Motion AG in Altendorf, the linear technology company of the group. It goes back to Haudenschild AG, founded in 1980, and has carried its current name since 2019. From the linear range we supply the PSG roller guide: a roller guide with rail and slider plate made of stainless steel, internal raceways and fixed and floating bearing rails in three sizes. In addition, we supply the AKE partial-extension telescopic rail, made of guide rail and slider, in five sizes. We advise you on the selection and supply rails, sliders and accessories.

Fixed and floating bearings instead of rework

Two parallel rails on mounting surfaces that are not exactly parallel put heavy loads on the sliders and shorten their service life. With the PSG, the fixed bearing rail therefore takes over guidance as well as axial and radial loads, while the floating bearing rail PSL with flat raceways compensates for lateral deviations. The mounting surfaces do not need to be reworked.
