Six questions instead of fourteen
The configurator asks for lifting force, spindle version, stroke, lifting speed and options in that order, and ends with the enquiry in step six. Sizes cover 2 to 100 kN; above that, the configurator goes straight to an enquiry for a custom build of up to 1,000 kN.
Anything not needed for a first pre-selection has deliberately been left out — spindle type, materials, mounting position and drive type are clarified by our sales team. The sequence follows the same flow chart our sales team already works with.
Guidance instead of hard limits
For every size the configurator states a guide value for the stroke. Exceeding it does not block you: a note appears, the path to the enquiry stays open, and the remark on buckling safety is carried into the enquiry — we check it, not the browser.
The same applies to the options. The configurator points out self-locking, holding brakes and safety travelling nuts, couples anti-rotation and protective tube, and recommends the protective tube where it suits the anti-unscrewing device.
