Two routes, depending on what you need
A custom gear needs sizing and a quotation. A servo coupling in a standard size does not — you simply need it.
Both routes remain open, and you decide per item. Where a component is stocked in the shop, the product page carries a second button alongside the familiar enquiry: it takes you straight to the matching shop overview, with price and availability.
What the shop carries — and what it does not
The standard parts shop deliberately carries only what can be ordered without a query: common sizes from stock, clearly defined, with a price.
Anything that has to be sized, adapted or manufactured continues to go through an enquiry — where a person looks at it. For sizing questions you have our calculators and the guides.
You will see the shop button on part of our range only. Where it is absent, the item cannot currently be ordered through the shop — either because it is not carried there, or simply because it is sold out. Just send an enquiry in that case.
