Verify Certificate

This demo verifies only certificates stored in this browser—there is currently no server that issues or verifies real certificates.

The demo verification needs JavaScript. Planned: in live operation, the server checks the ID – then this page also works without JavaScript.

How to Interpret the Results

  • Valid: The ID belongs to a demo certificate stored in this browser that is still valid.
  • Revocation: Example ID TEA-DEMO-0002 shows how a revoked certificate is displayed.
  • Unknown ID: There is no demo certificate available for this ID in this browser.

How long is a certificate valid?

The certificate is valid indefinitely. It refers to the curriculum version that was in effect on the date of issuance. Planned: Online verification will remain accessible for at least 5 years.

Privacy Policy

The verification report displays only the status, test, date, curriculum version, and issuer. It displays the person’s name only if that person has expressly consented.
