You can return the final exam of the TEA Academy within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
Our promise: money back within 14 days
Money back within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason – even if the exam has already been started or completed.
We will then refund the purchase price. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal within the 14 days.
A certificate that has already been issued becomes invalid once the purchase price is refunded. The verification page then shows it as not valid.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected
This promise is voluntary and comes in addition to your statutory rights. It does not restrict them. Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer remains unaffected.
Free exam tickets
If you received your exam ticket free of charge, you have not paid anything, so there is nothing to refund. You do not need to submit a withdrawal.
