What the table contains
The table lists 59 sizes from the TPC (track rollers), TPJ (flanged rollers) and TPV (V-guide rollers) series, in concentric, eccentric and stud-less versions. Roller diameters range from 26 to 165 mm, and the highest dynamic radial load is 159,430 N.
Every row carries roller width, radial and axial load ratings, weight and the technical data sheet as a PDF; versions with a stud also list the thread as well as journal and thread length. Sizes we hold in stock are marked as such.
Prices shown openly
We state list prices in euros, net ex our Hamburg warehouse, plus VAT, packaging and shipping. Project and volume prices differ; our quotation is always the binding one. Every price carries the date on which it was recorded.
For a few sizes the table says “price on request” instead of a figure. For those, our data sources still disagree — and publishing one of two possible prices would be a guess rather than a fact. We calculate those sizes at short notice and without obligation.
What LinRol HD is built for
LinRol HD runs on open, hardened raceways rather than in a recirculating ball system. That makes the rollers tolerant of chips, dust and impact; the standard version is maintenance-free from −34 °C to +107 °C, and up to +204 °C with special grease and adapted seals.
Higher positioning accuracy remains the domain of recirculating ball guides. LinRol HD is the choice where robustness, temperature and environment matter more than micrometres — in woodworking, recycling and metal forming, for instance.
